We want you to love your gear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we've got you covered with an easy online process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide if you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit for future haunts, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
